Echo Operations: Helping you lead the work beneath the workflow
Change needs more than a checklist. And project burnout? That badge never looked good on anyone. Strategy, support, and systems thinking that actually shift the dial—by changing how people show up, how systems hold up, and how strategy keeps up.
🔥 When You Need Me
I step in when your team needs clarity—fast. Whether it’s rescuing a stalled project, stepping in as interim operations leadership, or coaching rising ops talent during change, I bring calm and direction.
If your roadmap is unclear, your team’s overwhelmed, or you're stuck in complexity—I help you reset, refocus, and move forward. Let’s talk.
🌟 Who I like to work with
- Founders trying to scale before they unravel
- Ops Leaders and high performers who somehow became the glue and the engine
- Execs who need crticial support on transformation at scale
- Teams picking up the pieces after too much change
- Project Sponsors who need a thought partner not just a project plan
👇 What I love to do
At Echo, I blend strategy, delivery, and emotional intelligence to:
- Scope and implement new systems and digital strategies
- Coach rising operations leaders through periods of rapid growth
- Guide exec teams through high-stakes change with less friction
- Design burnout-proof workflows and restructure back-end chaos
- Reset projects on the edge of failure to refresh scope and ROI
- Serve as a Fractional COO or delivery partner when it matters most
🗣 Clients say I bring “calm to the chaos,” and “a sense of safety that makes people want to do better work.”
🌿 Why I started Echo
After years inside large organisations, I saw how good people got stuck—caught between ambitious goals and the weight of outdated systems. I was often the one brought in to clean up transformation efforts that promised the world but never planned beyond the kick-off meeting, leaving teams scrambling and leaders exposed.
Echo was born from that frustration—an antidote to short-sighted change and surface-level solutions.
I believe operational clarity should be a lived experience—shaped for real teams, evolving technologies, and the leaders left holding it all together.
